Ian McTague, better known as Dj Mcvibes has undergone a dynamic and evolving journey in the music industry, deeply rooted in a long-standing family tradition of music. He started his musical journey at the age of 13, initially learning the drums. His enthusiasm for rhythm and music blossomed as he participated in high school marching bands and drumlines.

After attending a technical college, McVibes joined various bands, but when those opportunities did not develop as he had expected, he shifted his focus to DJing.

He pursued formal training at the DJ Scratch Academy in Philadelphia, where he refined his DJing skills. This training led to a role at a production and entertainment company, where he gained valuable insights into the intricacies of wedding and event DJing. Armed with this newfound expertise and confidence, he transitioned into freelance DJing before settling at rad Karaoke and entertainment, where he performed at a diverse range of weddings and events, continually broadening his portfolio.
